Aw that's really cute! I love the fluffyness around its face and chest, I haven't seen a Glaceon with any kind of fluff before and it looks much better with it ^^

I really love the way you did this one. There's just something about it. I think the little highlight really make it seem 'icy' in a way. I'm not sure how to explain it XD
