I love the perspective on the bayleef and the pose for meganium! :D How do you get that bit of color around the lineart? I've tried to figure that out...^^; And I love how you color eyes! :heart:

Before you do the background, used the copy tool on your image. Don't click until you go to the layer underneath... click and it will copy it onto the bottom layer.
use the anti alias tool on 255 alpha, then mask white.. and use the rectangle tool of any colour.
Then remask white and select a totally different colour and use the rectangle tool.

TADA you have a fancy outline.. around the outline c:

I really like how you have Meganium and Bayleef coming out of the frames, it makes them look so much more dynamic!


And I really like how you're uploading more oekaki works, I love them. :D
